Photos will be provided to customers via an online transfer to their chosen email at request. Should  photos be required via CD or USB then this would be subject to an additional charge of £10. *The Professional cleaning service is an additional charge starting from £85 (depending on size of property). For other professional services refer to the Guidance for Landlord document which can be found on the lettings guidance page. * House viewing conducted by a professional letting agent is an additional charge of £137 for the Tenant Finder Package only.
