our story
The establishment of Ernest View has been with the focus of providing a ‘one-stop’ property and planning service that delivers our customers an outstanding experience with transparency, commitment and reliability.
Ernest View started as a family run company which to date continues. The family members have been involved in property development and investments since 1999. Over the years, the passion and commitment has grown, with the purchasing of residential and commercial properties together with the self-management of them.
The years of experience of buying and selling properties, sourcing and engaging with tenants, buyers and sellers, dealing with tradesmen as well as suppliers and managing maintenance works is engraved into the company’s daily commitment in providing a seamless and reliable service.
With a growing involvement in the property sector came a growing interest in the planning sector. And, in 2008, the family got involved in spatial planning with a member of the family obtaining a Masters degree in Town Planning and providing advice as well as determining a variety of developments from residential, commercial, retail, industrial and infrastructure as part of his role within the Local Planning Authority.
The well-rounded knowledge and experience of the planning system allows our customers to receive a thorough and smooth service that delivers the best outcome for them.
