Services and Support Still Provided to Our Customers and The Community

The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak is having a huge impact throughout UK and the safety of our customers, staff and the wider community is paramount. Therefore, we are putting in place a number of measures to safeguard our team, the services we provide and the wider community.

As of today, all Ernest View staff are working remotely from home. We are well set up to do this, given many of our staff already work remotely. Our experience of remote working and investment in the tools and technology to allow this means we are in a good position to continue to provide our services. Albeit, some areas of our services will be operating at limited capacity due to the unprecedented times. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you bear with us while we try our best to support all our customers and the community.

The next few months are going to be difficult and uncertain times for many of us, but Ernest View will remain to support and deliver a high level of service to our customers and the community as best as we can. In the meantime, Ernest View wishes its customers and the community to stay safe and well.
